高达，男，1993 年 11 月出生，中共党员，湖北崇阳人，华中科技大学经济学院数量经济学博士，英国伯明翰大学访问学者，入选 2 0 2 4 和 2 0 2 5 年度 Elsevier&斯坦福大学能源与经济领域全球前 2%顶尖科学家。现为15vip太阳集团官网副教授，第五层次优秀人才，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目 1 项，教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金 1 项等, 目前在 《 European Journal of Finance 》、《 Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》、《China & World Economy》、《科研管理》、《科学学研究》等 SSCI/SCI/CSSCI 等来源期刊发表一作或者通讯作者论文 50 余篇，其中高被引论文13 篇，热点论文 3 篇。
